Hartford, USA, March 24, 2020 – QuEST Global, a global product engineering and lifecycle services company, has been honored with the prestigious Prism Award 2019 in the Processes category by the American Payroll Association (APA). The company received the award for implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for payroll related communications in North America that saved countless man hours and reduced operational cost for the company. This initiative along with other payroll best practices including performance checklists & validations and functional maturity programs, made QuEST Global the winner of the Best Practices Prism Award for Processes, making them the APA’s first international Prism Award recipient.
