Colleen Doherty serves as Chief People Officer of Quest Global. In this role, Colleen is responsible for leading more than 13,000 employees across 17 countries and developing the tools, programs and resources to support them professionally and personally. Colleen is a member of the executive team and reports directly to the CEO. 

Colleen brings more than 20 years of experience working in human resources and building relationships that positively influence people’s lives and careers. Most recently, Colleen served as Vice President & Head of Human Resources, Digital Business and Technology, for Cognizant Technology Solutions where she was responsible for HR leadership for a $5 billion, 60,000-people strong business. Among her achievements, Colleen developed and launched a global program to help attract, retain and empower female talent across the organization.

Prior to joining Cognizant, Colleen held HR leadership positions, including Director of HR at Cowen and Company, LLC and Vice President of Human Resources, Societe Generale. Colleen also served in various human resources roles of increasing responsibility at Salomon Smith Barney where she began her career.

Colleen received a B.S. degree in Psychology from Manhattan College and a M.S. in Human Resources Management from the New School University.

Colleen and her husband live in New Jersey and are the proud parents of two teenage and a labrador retriever, Saylor, who is the highest maintenance of them all. Colleen enjoys and relies on hot yoga for peace, happiness, creativity and overall health.
